Job Description
Remote US only, EST time zone required
As a Lease Administrator, you'll manage the administrative and financial aspects of equipment and software leases, ensuring accurate funding, billing, documentation, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Process and fund equipment and software leases for commercial, government, national, and multi-site customers
- Review lease agreements, credit approvals, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate lease funding, billing, and payment processing
- Manage lease documentation, records, and audit requirements
- Monitor lease terms, schedules, and critical start dates
- Partner with Finance and internal teams to support reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Provide billing and lease administration support to customers and channel partners
- Maintain lease processing SLAs and high accuracy standards
- Set up customer autopay and support lease-related account maintenance
- Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- 2+ years of customer service, lease administration, data entry, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar business systems
