Job Description
We’re looking for a Process Enablement Leader to join our Business Partnering & Process team and play a key role in driving digital transformation across our global operations.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, optimized, and successfully embedded into digital solutions across multiple platforms and regions.
This is a high-impact position where you’ll work across global teams, influence how we deliver digital solutions, and directly contribute to business outcomes.
What you will be doing:
- Define, document, and optimize end‑to‑end business processes (current & future state)
- Identify process gaps and translate business needs into functional requirements, epics, and user stories
- Collaborate with Product Owners, IT teams, and stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions
- Support Agile and waterfall delivery models, from discovery to deployment
- Participate in testing (SIT/UAT), validation, and go‑live activities
- Drive change management, training, and adoption across the business
- Work on multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment across global regions and teams
- Collaborate across business, IT, and international stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business process management / process design
- Strong experience in process mapping and documentation
- Solid understanding of lead‑to‑cash, finance, and marketing processes
- Ability to translate business processes into system requirements and user stories
- Nice to have is experience with SAP, Salesforce CRM, exposure to Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- English is a must, German/French is an advantage
- Experience working in complex, fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
