This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Technology teams to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements that drive measurable business value and align with enterprise standards and delivery frameworks. Operating across both Agile and phase‑based delivery models, the Business Enablement Analyst supports initiatives from early discovery through deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization, ensuring business intent is clearly understood and effectively translated into high‑quality, technology‑enabled solutions.
Your role in our future

- Partner with Product Owners to support backlog creation, grooming, prioritization, and requirements traceability across solution design and delivered functionality.
- Document current‑state and future‑state business processes, identifying gaps, risks, impacts, and opportunities for process improvement driven by technology initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Technology teams, ensuring business intent and process standards are preserved throughout Agile and phase‑based delivery.
- Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities, including participation in sprint ceremonies, design reviews, SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and go‑live hypercare.
- Contribute to user documentation, training materials, impact assessments, and analysis of business data and KPIs to assess solution performance and adoption.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology‑enabled, enterprise environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Agile/Scrum, CBAP, or PMI‑PBA certifications are a plus.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation, including functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models, with hands‑on involvement in SIT and UAT cycles.
- Strong ability to document and analyze current‑state and future‑state business processes and translate complex needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across business and technology teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, or other large‑scale business applications); exposure to global or multi‑regional teams is preferred.
