Job Description

Remote opportunity: candidates must reside in central Florida and be commutable to Miami or Jacksonville, for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation: Base salary + commissions, monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend.

The Sales Workflow Analyst is a customer-facing role that partners closely with Account Executives to help position Quadient solutions as high‑impact, value‑driven investments. You support the sales cycle by analyzing customer workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and translating those insights into clear, compelling business cases that accelerate deal progression.

In this role, you participate in customer discovery, document current‑ and future‑state workflows, and articulate how Quadient solutions improve efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver measurable outcomes. You serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and sales teams, helping advance opportunities through strong value storytelling and solution alignment.

  • Partner with Account Executives to support discovery, solution positioning, and opportunity progression
  • Analyze customer workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop data‑driven value cases that demonstrate business impact and ROI
  • Document and present customer‑specific workflows and recommendations
  • Simplify complex SaaS and enterprise concepts for business and executive audiences

Qualifications

  • Experience selling or supporting complex, consultative solutions in SMB and enterprise environments
  • Strong ability to build credibility with sales teams through insights and recommendations
  • Comfortable translating workflow analysis into clear customer value narratives
  • Solid understanding of SaaS and enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
