Job Description

Must be commutable to Milford, CT. 

Primary responsibilities include reporting of operational, financial, and KPI data, as well as analysis of key trends, unusual events, and data quality. Ensuring accuracy of the North America (NORAM) legal entities and managed structures is critical and requires a heavy emphasis on maintaining a stable environment within the NORAM financial reporting systems. Most Requests are time sensitive and will require a high degree of time-management, adaptability, and flexibility. The ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment is critical.

  • Prepare and publish Forecast, budget, and 3YP books
  • Prepare, submit, and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate, field, and executive level financial & management reporting for all NORAM entities
  • Coordinate NORAM monthly closing process in close conjunction with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare monthly reporting commentary to NORAM Leadership Team highlighting key variance drivers versus plan and prior year
  • Manage NORAM HFM system maintenance and structural changes
  • Manage 2026 NORAM reporting project initiative
  • Ensure both NORAM legal and operating entity financials are reported accurately
  • Validate Intracompany transactions are in balance prior to submitting financial information to NORAM parent entity
  • Directly support business partners with reporting, analysis, and project requests
  • Serve as Primary NORAM Financial Reporting Contact to Other Quadient Entities
  • Maintain Monthly Finance Calendar and key NORAM Financial deadlines
  • Drive reporting automation through the improvement of business processes, elimination of redundancies, and implementation of new technology
  • Analyze and test data quality of reporting packages for accuracy
  • Support periodic and annual audit requests (Internal and External)
  • Manage team consisting of reporting analysts and data analytics group

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Finance or Accounting Required (MS/MBA preferred)
  • 5+ Years of experience in Finance or Accounting Environment Required
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Hyperion (HFM) Administration Experience
  • Oracle experience required
  • Strong work ethic and Team player
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Travel as needed
