Job Description
Role Overview
As part of the Quadient Parcel Lockers Division, the Service Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the lifecycle of locker installations and services. This role supports both internal teams and external partners, with a strong focus on technical configuration, asset coordination, and service validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Locker Configuration:
Configure locker machines within the designated software platforms, ensuring correct setup and operational readiness. - Asset Management & Coordination:
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to order necessary assets and manage the full lifecycle of each installation project from order placement to final delivery. - Service Documentation Validation:
Review and validate technical reports submitted by service providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards. - Provider & Contract Management:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal teams and external customers.
- Manage execution of service contracts for hardware/software products, including creation, amendment, and cancellation.
- Update customers, hosts and providers details (e.g., name, address, billing info) and validate new account creation requests.
- System Accuracy & Recurring Revenue:
- Maintain asset accuracy in core systems throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Support SLA, KPI tracking and operational excellence standards observation
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in technical configuration or systems setup.
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Field Services).
- High attention to detail and ability to validate technical documentation.
- Experience in data accuracy and process improvement in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Siebel, Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle.
- Experience in service providers management and KPI and SLA monitoring and reporting.
- Background in parcel, retail, or eCommerce industries.
