We’re looking for a motivated and tech-curious Professional Services Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who want to kickstart their career in IT consulting, customer solutions, or software delivery.

As a Professional Services Associate, you’ll work directly with clients to support the setup, integration, and deployment of Quadient solutions. You'll be part of a team that bridges the gap between technology and customer success-learning how to deliver value through hands-on experience with real-world projects.

• Support all aspects of client projects: from technical configuration and customizations to communication and delivery.

• Learn to understand and implement best practices to solve real customer challenges.

• Collaborate with service and product teams to deliver smart, scalable solutions.

• Assist in remote or on-site solution setup, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Provide basic training and support to users during onboarding or rollout.

• Work alongside senior consultants and grow with every project.

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, or a related field (or a high school diploma with relevant IT experience).

• Fluent English-both written and spoken.

• A tech-savvy mindset with basic knowledge of scripting and logical/algorithmic thinking.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• A proactive, collaborative, and curious attitude.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (if required).
