Greets visitors in welcoming manner, follows visitor’s protocols, and maintains visitor’s log. Answers and forwards incoming calls as well as offers guidance and direction to various callers, suppliers and customers. Performs a wide variety of clerical tasks, including preparing payroll documents, processes incoming/outgoing mail, preparing letters, postings, forms, as well as other various reports to assist other departments, takes inventory and prepares office requisitions, schedules external training requirements for employees, assists with company functions and events, etc. Plans, prioritizes and arranges workflow with little guidance, working independently to accomplish work- load to meet due dates while handling numerous interruptions from internal and external customers. Is a collaborative teammate who doesn’t hesitate to help out wherever needed. Reports to corporate services supervisor.
· Strong communication (especially oral) and interpersonal skills
· Good numerical aptitude at basic arithmetic level – ability to detect errors through basic logic
· Proofreading proficiency
· Aptitude for continual learning
· Strong attendance, punctuality and productivity.
· Proficiency with computers and MS Office software.
· Candidate must be energetic, friendly, dependable and professional with a polite demeanor and positive attitude.

This is a full-time, on-site, 40-hour position; standard office hours are 8 am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
