Job Description
- Business Development: Prospect and onboard merchants, while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Mall & Merchants Management: Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with merchants and Mall managements, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract users and convert into transactions. This may involve organizing events, coordinating advertising campaigns, and collaborating with merchant partners on joint marketing initiatives. They also conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies and goals for all the merchants in the mall they designated to. They assess market trends, identify opportunities for growth and improvement. They collaborate with stakeholders and make recommendations to meet CM1 targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Team Management: Oversee LO team, provide leadership, training, and performance management to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
- Financial Management: Accountable for the financial performance of the Mall they are managed. They manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize the CM1 target. They work closely with accounting and finance teams to analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- 1-2 years experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Male, 27 - 30 yo
- Living or knows well for PIK-Senayan-Tebet area
- Has own vehicle and driving license
