We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst for our Richmond, VA area office who meets the Requirements below.

• Our U.S. Govt. clients contractually require us to hire ONLY U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders for their projects.
• B.S. in Business, MIS, or Computer Science preferred. Other 4-year degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in Data analysis and problem solving, Data prep and quality, and Data integration a must.
• Experience with SQL a must
• Experience with ETL a plus
• Experience with BI Tools (eg. Qlik Sense) a plus.
• Experience with BI and data visualization a plus.
• Experience with public sector data a plus.
• Human services and or educational experience a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
