Are you passionate about technology and looking to build a sales career within a leading SaaS company? Qelp is looking for a driven key account manager to join our scale-up.
You’ll be part of young and vibrant, but ambitious sales and marketing team. As a key account manager, you’ll bridge the gap between tech, support solutions, and leading brands.
Your portfolio is your shop and you’ll be responsible for your customer happiness and growth of your portfolio value. Our operations department are your suppliers, and with your creative and cross-functional thinking, you ensure we deliver great value to our customers.
As an excellent communicator, you’re capable of establishing personal connections with your contacts right from the start. You identify upselling opportunities based on the client’s needs.
In this role, you’re an initiator of effective digital transformations. You’ll be an ambassador for the clients, putting yourself in the shoes of the end-users. To achieve this, you’ll manage all activities between Qelp and your accounts with the ‘Challenger sale” methodology as your playbook.

Your working day at a glance
You come in and scan through your emails, checking what requires an immediate pick-up. You identify what needs a push, before joining the daily stand up. Having aligned with your colleagues, you grab a well-deserved coffee, and by 11 you have your operational tasks out of the way. You go through your Google alerts and LinkedIn updates to find new opportunities and contacts within your accounts. You find conferences to meet up and look for ways in which you can build value for them.
In the afternoon you do updates with your customers, meet with the operations team and present a new concept to your colleagues. At the end of the day, you do a final round of emails, list your priorities and close your shop to prepare for the next day.
- You have a proven 3 to 5 years track record in a commercial role
You’re independent and result-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit

You have a business (HBO/WO) degree
You possess a can-do mentality

You're excited to work with new technology

You’re fluent in English (writing and speaking)
