UX / Design is more than creating a great visual design. It's about discovery, validation, problem-solving and constantly asking why.

What will you be doing

• After delivering a great concept/wireframe/prototype, you are able to deliver the complete design according to our customer's style guide or something out of their comfort zone

• You are comfortable to work with developers, they need guidance and you're able to push their envelope

• After delivery of the product, you are able to optimize and deliver feedback loops based on your close collaboration with our BI team

• You'll help improve the overall experience of our product through research and design

• You'll define the product goals, roadmap, and strategy, all to solve user problems

• You’ll engage with our customers' user base through usability testing to validate your thinking and understand their pain points

• You’ll share findings from testing and research with internal teams, ensuring recommendations are communicated effectively across our organization

As a UX Designer, you are part of the entire lifecycle of a product, so be prepared to interact with many different stakeholders within Qelp.

To drive innovation, the UX Design crew have initiated the UX Cycle. This is a bi-weekly Friday exclusively focused on innovation, ensuring that innovation is not something only for side projects.

You should have
