Qelp is the global leader in online self-service software for smartphones and IoT devices. With over 80+ clients worldwide we are responsible for the online support experience of over 400 million end-users.
We help people outsmart technology.
Are you excited about delivering quality web- and native applications with a strong focus on usability, easy to understand interactive content and visual appeal?
Your work will help millions of end-users with their smartphone and IoT device related issues, while having a direct impact on our clients’ business results. Our online self-service greatly reduces support costs by deflecting calls to the call center. What’s more, an awesome online experience also helps to acquire new customers.
Qelp is growing rapidly, it's a great time to join us!
What are we looking for?
You are an independent thinker that loves to make sure that what we build meets requirements set by our Product Owners and Customers. You love to work cross-departmental to make sure our internal tooling and content deliveries are solid and production ready. On a daily basis, you'll be testing new functionalities (functional testing), discussing the issues you found, creating test plans and automating test scenarios. Besides that, you help to automate the Content delivery testing process. You are able to drive the QA domain to the next stage and motivate your peers to embrace a testing mindset. Your end goal is always the end user of our customers and our internal power users.
At Qelp we believe in ownership of a domain and passionate people, so you will have a big say in how we solve problems. You will be the person to determine the QA processes and have ownership.
More about our teams
Our development team consists of a Back-end, Front-end and DevOps specialists. Our UX / Design team has four designers. You will work closely together with the Development, Operations, Content and BI team. Supporting these teams with test cases, as we want to deliver the best quality possible.
Your attitude is that everybody can learn from everyone and you are able to play the second violin to help others grow.
