Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and understanding market dynamics\customer needs
  • Managing the end-to-end product roadmap and responsibility for timely delivery
  • Driving successful plans dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a key member of cross-functional product development teams
  • The product lead liaises with different members of the development team to drive projects forward
  • Owning the product direction, building the team, and establishing the product organization and processes
  • Define and execute the GTM strategy that maximizes customer impact and learnings, while minimizing risk
  • Devise the product vision and strategy to the product roadmap all along with a goal
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that deadlines are met, and the final product is profitable for the company
  • Develops and maintains tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and other teams to define, build, and deploy products that delight our users

 

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing product, UX, and business teams
  • Proven track record at building scalable products
  • Proven track record of successful customer acquisition and engagement
  • Experience leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Strong sense of discipline, ownership, and accountability to excel working in a remote environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Technical expertise: You’ve led technical products and/or have a background in computer science (or similar)
  • Experience building both new products as well as a track record of shipping continuous product improvements to an existing product portfolio
  • Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience
  • Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product is successful
