Job Description

  • Challenge yourself to coordinate key business planning, consultation and compliance activities that support our Cabin Crew division

As a Business Planning Support Coordinator, you will provide critical coordination and support to the Cabin Crew Management team, with a particular focus on regulatory consultation activities, business process improvement and action tracking. You'll work across a broad range of business priorities, ensuring key processes, communications and governance activities are delivered efficiently and effectively.  

Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the Cabin Crew business, you'll coordinate consultation forums, prepare documentation and reports, support compliance obligations and act as a central point of contact for management and employee-related enquiries. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of important business processes while contributing to initiatives that enhance both operational outcomes and employee experience. 

You'll have: 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating business activities, governance processes, consultation forums or operational support functions. 
  • Strong process management capability, with the ability to understand, apply and continuously improve business processes and frameworks. 
  • Experience preparing agendas, reports, presentations, meeting documentation and detailed minutes. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple levels of the business. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop practical solutions and drive outcomes through to completion. 
  • Experience supporting regulatory, legislative, compliance or workplace health and safety activities will be highly regarded. 
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint. 
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and written communication skills. 
  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality support and service. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience, are desirable.
