Job Description
- Play a key role in protecting the integrity of Qantas Group's ID, ASIC and access control processes

As part of Qantas Group Security & Facilitation, the ID & Access Security team plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our aviation security and access control frameworks. Supporting employees, contractors and business units across the Qantas Group, this team helps ensure people have the appropriate access to perform their roles safely, securely and efficiently.
As an ID & Access Security Operator, you'll support the Group's ASIC and ID approval processes, access control systems and security requirements. From reviewing applications and verifying identity documentation to managing access privileges and resolving access issues, you'll play an important role in supporting business operations while ensuring compliance with aviation security regulations and company policies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, has strong attention to detail and is passionate about delivering great customer service.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a compliance, administration or data-processing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Experience interpreting policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide clear, timely and professional advice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Confidence working across multiple systems and adapting to new technologies and processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes
