The Senior Analyst Remuneration & Compliance Reporting plays a key role in delivering and enhancing reward, remuneration and incentive programs across the business, while ensuring compliance with external reporting requirements, including submissions to government bodies such as the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). Working across the Qantas Group, this position is responsible for the analysis, coordination and reporting of remuneration and people-related data, providing insights that support strategic decision-making. The role also contributes to the development and implementation of HR and remuneration reporting frameworks, undertaking research, analysis and evaluation, and leading initiatives that support People & Culture priorities and broader Qantas Group strategic objectives.
You’ll have:
- 7+ years' experience in a Human Resources, People Analytics, Remuneration, or Business Analyst role
- Advanced numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to think strategically while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to translate complex statistical and workforce data into meaningful insights and compelling narratives
- Experience in forecasting, modelling and incorporating dynamic variables to support target setting and performance tracking
- Strong technical expertise in complex financial modelling, data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and process enhancement
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
