As a Consultant, Customer Engagement, you’ll be conducting outbound B2B phone calls with Qantas Business Rewards customers to drive spend and engagement, using data insights to uncover opportunities and influence Qantas‑first travel choices. You’ll champion the program’s value, connect customers with tailored offers and products, and monitor results to keep engagement strong. This role also helps businesses navigate the Qantas ecosystem and share market intelligence to shape future investment.
You’ll have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in an outbound telephone sales or account management role.
- A proven record of achieving sales and performance targets.
- Developed negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Commercial acumen and ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM reporting and database management (Salesforce desirable).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
