Job Description
- Deliver change activities across the Customer Care & Recovery Portfolio, ensuring key people, process, and system impacts are identified and addressed.
- Drive change readiness through impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning to support effective adoption.

The Senior Change and Transformation Analyst will implement key change activities and deliverables across the Customer Care & Recovery Portfolio. The Senior Change and Transformation Analyst will report to the Change & Adoption Manager and will be responsible for identifying the impacts resulting from changes to people, process, systems and culture; the
development and delivery of key documentation; and the successful implementation of change activities so that people impacts are addressed, ensuring the business and employees are ready, willing and able to accept the change into their day-to-day working lives.
To achieve the above, the Senior Change and Transformation Analyst will complete the following key areas of change management: impact assessment, scope & risk identification, learning, communications, stakeholder engagement and change readiness, as well as supporting other transformation initiatives as required.
You’ll have –
- 2 – 4 years relevant experience in change or business analysis roles on projects.
- Transformation programs preferable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/People related field or Change Management.
- Strong analytical, PowerPoint, Spreadsheet skills and design platform tools.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills with ability to communicate concepts to
- non-change savvy audience.
- Excellent influencing skills.
- Thrive in a hypothesis led environment.
- Independent, highly motivated and dynamic team member and able to demonstrate effective leadership.
- High level of accountability and ability to work to deadlines.
- Committed to management of change.
- Ability to deliver accurate and timely information and manage conflicting priorities.
