Job Description

Qantas Club Agent Fixed Term, Part time position Available in Canberra;

Typical Responsibilities may include:


- Provides a high level of customer service in a friendly, efficient and professional manner to achieve Airport customer service standards
- Operate on departure control system and remains informed and compliant with all airline procedures and systems
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of systems, policies and procedures relevant to Qantas and client airlines
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Qantas Club, Business Class lounges and Chairman’s lounge, including check-in and service disruption
- Maintain ongoing business relationships with premium customers
- Comply with Aviation Safety and Security regulations
- Comply with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards
- Comply with the Group management system standard and associated policies in the workplace
