Job Description
- Shape fleet reliability and maintenance strategy for Network Aviation’s Fokker and Embraer fleet, enhancing safety, compliance and on-time performance
- Lead and influence across CAMO, partnering with engineering, planning, OEMs and regulators to optimise aircraft performance

We’re seeking a Manager Fleet Reliability & Maintenance Programs to join Network Aviation, playing a critical leadership role within our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). This role is responsible for developing, maintaining and governing the fleet reliability and approved maintenance programs for our Fokker and Embraer aircraft, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimising fleet performance and on-time performance outcomes.
You’ll lead a small specialist team, chair reliability and AMP review forums, and work closely with internal stakeholders, OEMs and regulators to ensure our maintenance programs remain effective, compliant and future-ready.
What you’ll be doing
Own and govern the Fleet Reliability Program, ensuring compliance with CASA Part 42 and CAMO Exposition requirements
Lead the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Approved Maintenance Programs (AMP)
Chair Reliability Review Panel and AMP Review Board meetings, driving data-led decision making
Analyse fleet performance, trends and defects to proactively improve reliability and “on-wing” time
Partner with engineering, planning, operations and commercial teams to support OTP and customer experience
Lead, coach and develop a team of reliability and maintenance program specialists
Actively engage with auditors, regulators, OEMs and industry partners
You’ll bring
Extensive experience in airworthiness management, reliability programs or maintenance program development
Strong working knowledge of CASA Part 42, AMP governance and OEM maintenance planning frameworks
Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence across technical and operational teams
A continuous improvement mindset, backed by strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capability
Relevant qualifications such as a LAME or Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering
