The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and supporting top talent to meet client’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business goals and metrics. 

• Create, update and remove job posting from different service requisitions on the different platforms available for these purposes.
• Evaluate all resumes received and identify candidates that match customer requirements.
• Conduct phone interviews to identify candidates who align with client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews of selected candidates with the Human Resources Representative.

• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in recruitment and payroll, typically 1-3 years.
• Experience with regulated industries as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology.
