Objective:

Provide technical support to manufacturing operations ensuring process reliability, compliance with GMP standards, and continuous improvement of production performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day manufacturing activities by troubleshooting process and equipment issues under GMP environment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve deviations, implement CAPAs, and improve process robustness.
• Review and update technical documentation including batch records, SOPs, and change controls.
• Participate in investigations, root cause analysis, and technical assessments related to process or equipment performance.
• Provide support during process transfers, engineering studies, and manufacturing campaigns.
• Coordinate and support preventive maintenance or equipment qualification activities in collaboration with Engineering and Automation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, data integrity, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, or Biomedical acceptable).
• Experience:
  • Strong background in GMP/GDP and manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting production processes or utilities systems.
  • Familiarity with process documentation, deviation management, and audit support.
  • Exposure to automated systems or control equipment is a plus.
• Availability: Able to support manufacturing operations on flexible or on-call schedule when required.
