Business Performancce Sr Manager with experience in regulated industry. 

Experience in: 

• Continuous Improvement OPEX Leader, Financial Acumen, Strategic Planning.
• Budget management, automation of business performance activities and developing a Continuous Improvement framework.
• Managing GxP Documentation, incumbent may be requested to support strategic QMS projects.
• ​ Workshop Design and Facilitation.

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Quality experience or Master’s degree and 4 years of Quality experience or 
  Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Quality experience.
• Industrial Engineer or Business Administration with experience in the bio pharmaceutical industry.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
