Job Description
Project Manager with experience on:
- Team working capabilities to serve and collaborate with cross-functional groups
- Continuous improvement and productivity projects
- Metrics oversight
- Budget Management
- Critical thinking
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Will provide project support to key strategic initiatives and take the lead on projects of increasing complexity.
- Serve and collaborate cross-functionally to drive compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance GDHA operations across global network.
- Support and oversee Budget management and metrics.
- Oversee and manage impact assessments.
- Attend and/or facilitates cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimize processes.
- Data tools support and enhancements (operational support, incident management, training, Change Request).
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Initiate and implement improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Drive Continuous Improvement in functional areas.
- Data visualization and overall organization in cross-functional projects.
- Create and maintain internal SLAs.
- Support internal and external audit commitments including assessments, requests for information, process improvements, and corrective actions
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of Project Management experience or
Bachelors + 4 years of Project Management experience or
Associates + 8 years of Project Management experience or
High school/GED + 10 years of Project Management experience - Bilingual (Spanish/English)(Write/Speak)
- Technical Writing
- Computer Literacy
