Job Description

Quality Assurance Coordinator to build and maintain site dedication to quality and excellence. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take the operation to the next level with respect to accuracy, security, and safety. 

Essential duties and responsibilities may include any or all of the following:

  • Interpret, comply, and develop quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain complaint and non conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Identify training needs and take action to ensure compliance.
  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Perform a quality review of all records.
  • Provide training and support to the Quality Assurance Team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
  • Performs any other necessary duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Science or other related field is required.
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) written and verbal is required.

  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Preferred, Not Required:

  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines, bio-hazard safety, FDA's Good Tissue Practice is preferred.
