Sr Validation Specialists with 15+ years of experience to support validation activities related to equipment, process, and cleaning.
Experience with: Process development and/or process improvement Sterilization techniques and equipment in manufacturing process High speed media filling (e.g., parenterals) Formulation/media prep equipment Capping equipment, conveyors, bottle warmers, and dispensing equipment Clean-in-Place (CIP) technologies. Root cause analysis, statistical tools (e.g., Minitab) and design of experiments. Packaging and labeling technologies. Vision systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (BS) in Biology/Microbiology/Chemistry or Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in Validation Life Cycle
• Nice to have: Experience/knowledge of media fill in plastic containers, IR technology for bottle warmers in manufacturing processes, vials capping and residual seal force, gas blenders, QC methods for viables / stainables / growth support. Experience with plasma treatment technology in manufacturing process.
• Willing to travel internationally
• Fully bilingual: English and Spanish
