Recruiter will post job opportunities, search for candidates from various sources, phone-screen calls, and refer/coordinate in-person or video-call interviews.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Post opportunities on different job boards.
•    Search potential candidates from different sources.
•    Make screening calls, and coordinate in-person or video-call interviews.
•    Create strong talent pipelines for company’s current and future hiring needs. 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area. 
• Minimum three (3) years of proven experience working with recruitment platforms. 
• Experience with resume database, social media recruitment sources and professional networks.
• At least one (1) year experience working as Recruiter for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.
• Possess verbal and written communication skills, Spanish and English languages.
• Experience with MSOffice and its applications (Word / Outlook / PowerPoint / Excel).
