Job Description

The Operation Clerk will be responsible to execute the material/labor confirmation process for all assigned manufacturing operations.

  • Performs material reconciliation (scrap, completed units and material return to storage) in the SFP or Traveler.
  • Audit target cost of each commit executed meets with business requirements.
  • Assure open work orders quantity comply with Business Goals.
  • Notify the leader of discrepancies, investigate and perform corrective action, once have been approved by supervisor and/or management conduct inventory and report results to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and all applicable regulatory agency requirements.
  • Capacities to calculate, materials reconciliation, discrepancies detect, evaluate, documentation inspections and collect data.

Qualifications

  • Must have minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferable.
  • Required domain in knowledge in English and Spanish oral and written.
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry (medical device, electronics or pharmaceutical).
