Provides characterization of process optimization strategies and/or troubleshooting of operational issues in the operations, manufacturing, pilot plant or capital projects environment. Applies basic engineering principles to the design and implementation of system modifications, experiments and/or capital projects. Organizes, analyzes and presents interpretation of results for operational issues or engineering projects of minor scope and complexity.

• Lifecycle management of manufacturing process controls, automation and field instrumentation technologies. 
• Background in Stand alone equipment and Laboratory equipment 
• DATA Integrity knowledge highly preferred o Automation control system experience 
• Self-motivated and Self-driven o Programmable and script development. 
• Validation/Testing knowledge 
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Spanish 
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes 
• Demonstrated Skills in the following areas:
   Problem solving and applied engineering
   Basic technical report writing
   Basic technical presentations
   Personal Organization
   Validation Protocol Writing
   Dealing with and managing change
   Technical (Equipment Specific)
   Analytical Problem Solving
   Computer Literacy

• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & 2 years of Engineering experience. Electrical/Control Engineering preferable. 
• Background in Rockwell software (FT platform, CLX, RSlogix, RSlinx) 
• Faronics WinSelect o Maximo 
• Change Control/Trackwise 
• EDMQ

• Willing to work as Independent Contractor
• Non standard shift - Work schedule flexibility to support 24/7 operations.
