Job Description
Manage inbound and outbound calls. Greet the caller, answer concerns and questions, solve complex issues relating to their health care benefits and human resource services.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Multi-task with several Windows applications while assisting customers on the phone. Inmediate availability and to work full time for a 6 months project, between 7am to 7pm.
