  • Writing new and/or reviewing clients existing Employee Handbooks, HR Policies and Employee Contracts.
  • Onbaording new employees 
  • Sending out background checks
  • Provide HR assistance telephone and via e-mail to employees
  • Assisting payroll team with processing client's payroll on in house payroll system
  • Help with developing perk programs 

 

Qualifications

  • Highly efficient and organized
  • Team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn or experience in programs such as Sage
