The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for friendly, fast & accurate processing of all new client transactions. You will offer product & service solutions, answer basic questions about what we can do. 

  • Good phone manor 
  • Ability to search databases to locate specific information
  • Keeping track of client feedback and suggesting improvements.
  • Meet new clients for meetings at QQ offices 

Qualifications

  • University education
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • Drive for excellence, attention to detail
