We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work within our Advertising team supporting the Travel/Leisure and Fashion department. This role is an entry level role & would be ideal for a first jobber, recent graduate or an existing administration assistant.

  • Ensure on time delivery of orders of marketing materials by liaising with suppliers on weekly basis & effectively communicate any changes to management 
  • Co-ordinating the group and individual diaries using Outlook.
  • Preparing correspondence and presentations as required, strong attention to detail is required.
  • Booking team travel and arranging accommodation and transfers for client meetings / conferences/seminars etc, ensuring the best price is always obtained.

Qualifications

  • Experience of general administration 
  • Knowledge of Ms Office Suite- Word and Excel
  •  Enjoy working in a fast pace environment 
  • Good team worker, capable of working to tight deadlines
  •  Excellent communication skills
