Job Description
Team: Chemical Lab Team
Work Location: Cat Lai Ward , Ho Chi Minh City
Job responsibilities
- Conduct routine chemical tests according to standard operating procedures, including but not limited to sample weighing, and performing extraction/ digestion, column cleanup, rotary evaporation etc.
- Assist sample cutting and result reporting
- Perform data analysis and result calculation and assist chemical result review.
- Operate the analytical instruments (e.g. ICP-OES, ICP-MS, UV-VIS and etc.).
- Conduct equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Record and maintain the test data in the required format accurately.
- Handle chemicals, solvents, acids, and reagents safety. Maintain work safe environment.
- Assist to perform method validation and prepare accreditation audit
- Assist any tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry
- Able to operate the test instrument, e.g. ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and UV-VIS.
- 1-2 years working experience in a testing laboratory.
- Familiar with ISO 17025 quality system and accreditation requirements.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Analytical mind and logical thinking.
- Initiative, organized and able to work independently
