Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality

Job Description

  • Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with HR data management and filing.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
  • Support employer branding and employee engagement activities.
  • Participate in HR projects and other assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Available for a full-time internship.
