Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual who will benefit from our rapid growth, international footprint, and dynamic work environment. Our recruitment process is highly selective.
We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern with a strong interest in global trade and supply chain activities.
Department: Continuous Improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Assistance: Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns, constraints, and improvement opportunities, using tools such as Excel or other analytical software.
- Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing processes to detect inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Problem Solving: Contribute to structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
- Documentation: Develop and maintain project-related documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Communication: Share progress updates, insights, and recommendations clearly with team members and relevant stakeholders.
- Training & Development: Take part in training sessions and workshops to strengthen knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as required.

Specific
- Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field), Business Administration, or other relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis is a plus.
