Job Description

Brief

We are seeking a talented UX professional to join our design team and craft product-oriented designs for our client platforms. Your focus will be on providing design solutions that elevate the user experiences for our clients.

 

As a UX Designer, you should be both analytical and creative, capable of understanding user needs and solving problems. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with our products, enhancing user satisfaction, and driving engagement through your design expertise. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

 

Ultimately, your goal will be to make our products more intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.

 

Responsibilities

· Collaboration: Work with the design team to implement product-oriented and user-centric designs. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to understand product specifications and user psychology, ensuring the design vision is translated into functional features.

· Design Development: Conceptualize and create intuitive and effective UX designs for our client platforms and service products.

· User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

· Prototyping and Testing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs around customer needs, testing them for usability and making iterative improvements.

· Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

· Feedback Integration: Actively incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into design revisions to enhance product functionality and aesthetic appeal.

· Strategic Matrix: Define adapted interaction models and evaluate their success.

· Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in design practices and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest UX and UI trends.

 

Qualifications

 

· Demonstrable experience in UI/UX design or a similar role within a B2B enterprise, preferably in global quality control and compliance industries.

· A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, understanding of user-centered design principles, and successful projects.

· Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).

· Great team player.

· Problem-solving attitude.

· Experience working in and alongside agile development teams (e.g., Scrum).

· Background in project management and research.

· Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.

· Strong analytical skills to address UX challenges and craft elegant solutions with business acumen.

· Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationales.

· Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, or similar degrees preferred).

 

Additional Information

Education & Experience: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above. 

  • At least 3 years of marketing related experience in multi-national companies. 

  • Familiarity is with the TIC industry (testing, Inspection & Certification) or laboratory market is preferred.
