Job Description

The role is for you if, you:

  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • More than 4 years of technical background with expertise in engineering principles and design patterns.
  • Proper understanding of Accessibility standard and following the best practices while working with the component development by following the HTML structure of the component accordingly
  • Expertise in CSS preprocessors like SASS and also have hands on experience with postCSS 
  • Have strong understanding of the CSS Frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap
  • In-depth knowledge of Javascript and have worked with any JS frameworks like React, NextJS, VueJs, etc
  • Proficiency in setting up NPM, yarn packages and tools like Webpack, Gulp, rollup, parcel, etc.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Drupal theming
  • Expertise in creating sub-themes using base Core/Contrib themes.
  • Proficiency in the Drupal twig based template engine, Drupal Behaviors, and various hooks which responsible for drupal frontend layer
  • Comprehensive understanding of component-based theming and grid systems
  • Mastery in site-building with complex creation of - Various entity type creation/update, Manage view modes, Views, Layout builder, Display suite, etc
  • Demonstrable proficiency with the latest Drupal version i.e. 10 or 9 and have worked or delivered one Project with mentioned Drupal version
  • Significant experience with the Decoupled architecture with any popular JS frameworks
  • Proven experience leading front-end projects and teams.
  • Advocacy of Open Source contribution and active contributions in the Drupal community
  • Comfortable working with Containerised local environment such as  Docker, Docksal, DDev or lando
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems, especially Git
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum

As a Senior Drupal Developer - Front End you will:

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to analyze, architect, and build business-centric solutions.
  • Mentor junior frontend developers to enhance team skills
  • Lead complex Drupal-based website projects, contributing to planning and strategy. 
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade existing Drupal projects. 
  • Write clean, modern, performant code with an emphasis on user experience.
  • Stay updated on front-end advancements and integrate them when possible.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Drupal 8 and the latest versions.
  • Bachelor in Technology or equivalent graduation
