Responsibilities:

As a Senior QA Engineer, your responsibilities include:

• Testing and ensuring the quality of websites and applications.
• Providing technical expertise on quality assurance and quality control. Guide QA engineers on best practices and choice of QA tools.
• Coordinate and execute testing projects, including setting up process flows, identifying and documenting potential issues, generating testing strategies, developing and maintaining test scripts, and providing valuable QA feedback to developers
• Analyze product and process specifications and procedures
• Identify and recommend major improvements to procedural and business processes
• Perform other duties as assigned in coordination with QA Manager on the team. 
• Identify, document, and report bugs and other quality issues.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in QA methodologies.
• Responsible for implementing QA processes from the start of the project (requirements analysis, test design, implementation, execution, maintenance and analysis).
• Support QA Team in POCs around various tools and tech.
• Responsible for collaborating with QA Teams for the development and enhancement of their professional skills.

This role is for you if:

• You have experience in Basic Drupal site building.
• You have experience with manual tools and methodologies.
• You have excellent knowledge of UI/UX Testing.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are familiar with the agile software development methodologies.
• You have good Documentation skills 

A plus, but not mandatory,

• Experience in automated testing tools (any) and methodologies.
• Knowledge around Performance and Security Testing.
• Hands-on experience in Accessibility Testing.
• ISTQB Certification or Other Equivalent Testing Certifications.

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Drupal. 
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
