Job Description

What you’ll do
We are looking to onboard a Sr. Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound channels, tracking and analyzing the performance of content & campaigns, ensuring all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and a deep understanding of the Martech tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hubspot, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console. 

  • This job role requires an individual with a thorough understanding of B2B Marketing, its marketing funnel, and experience with crafting content for each of the stages in the marketing funnel.
  • Develop strategies and tactics for increasing our brand’s awareness and market share
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Guide the internal and 3rd party content team to produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Liaison with third-party agencies and vendors to achieve digital marketing and SEO results. 
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website content to blogs and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. 
  • Should have a strong understanding of CRO.

Qualifications

  • Overall 7+ years of experience with 3+ years of managerial experience. 
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing
  • Past experience with copywriting is mandatory
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • A sense of aesthetics, love for great copy, and witty communication. Tell us what your favourite websites and digital experiences are
