Job Description

Brief:

QED42 is looking for a B2B experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, optimize and measure online marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Strong understanding of marketing funnels and to create campaigns targeting different personas is a must. This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to have thorough working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, BuzzSumo, Google Search Console, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager.

An ideal candidate should have experience working with a B2B technology/services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Display Advertising Campaigns

  • To be able to liaise with different technology/practices within QED42 and work in conjunction to create marketing collaterals such as white papers, e-books, podcasts, videos, infographics, articles etc.

  • Identify trends and insights to plan campaigns

  • Work hands on with SEO optimization of the website

  • Plan and execute content marketing strategies, guest blogger outreach program along with PR campaigns

  • Work hands-on with internal teams to create landing pages for different marketing campaigns 

  • Measuring, budgeting and reporting all efforts with digital marketing on a weekly basis

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-7 Years of Relevant Work Experience

  • Proven working experience working with a B2B technology/services organization

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Excellent copywriting skills for all relevant platforms 

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns 

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, BuzzSumo, Google Search Console, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager)

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Good time-management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
