Job Description

Under the leadership of the VP of Solutions, the Large Enterprise Solutions Director is responsible for managing all the activities related to pre-sales and resource planning. This position is Full Time, Exempt, Remote and required to travel per business needs up to 75% of the time during peak sales periods.  

Responsibilities:

  • Influence prospective customers with support onsite and provide remote executive overviews 
  • Lead onsite and remote opportunity blitzes / assessments for our largest prospective customers, with a focus on applying solutions within manufacturing plant environments.
  • Provide mentorship and development for account executives 
  • Rapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses
  • Coordinate completion of RFP / RFQs 
  • Leverage deep, first-hand experience in manufacturing plants to guide customer engagement and solution development.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of core automotive production processes (e.g., stamping, body shop, paint shop, assembly) during customer interactions.

Qualifications

 

  • Automotive Industry Expertise: A minimum of seven years of experience operating within automotive manufacturing environments, with at least three years in a management role at a Tier 1 or OEM automotive manufacturing facility.
  • Posses a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior leaders, including C-suite executives and board members, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to create relationships and gain trusted advisor status rapidly with prospective customers
  • High business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc)
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sound judgment and excellent assessment skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks
  • Knowledge and ability to learn computer-based software is required to perform successfully in this position
  • Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, high-growth environment

Education/Experience

  • BA or BS – Relevant fields of study can include and are not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management. 
  • At least 10 years in an operations leadership role at a global company (manufacturing preferred). 

Additional Information

Compensation Package:

  • $165,000-175,000 USD Annual (12 Months) 
  • Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity.
  • This position is also eligible for commission with potential OTE of $215-225k
