Job Description

QAD Redzone is changing an industry with a people-based approach to continuous
improvement. Our products quickly boost productivity and morale by addressing plant-specific
production issues that affect production, quality, and maintenance teams.
We are looking for a proven iOS developer to work alongside our Web, iOS, and Server
developers on a cross functional delivery team.


Our developers innovate rather than merely follow a script. We value their input and ideas,
allowing us to deliver products and functionalities ahead of our competitors. We take pride in
staying at the forefront of the industry. Our iOS and tvOS apps are built entirely in Swift,
targeting the latest iOS releases, and we always strive to leverage the newest features and
improvements.

This role is fully remote, but must be based in Canada (Eastern-part highly preferred) with full work authorization already in effect. No Visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years experience of Developing iOS and tvOS applications in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI required
  • Solid understanding of the iOS development ecosystem (including testing and debugging) required
  • Strong software architecture, design, and workflow skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to constantly seek to identify and solve software issues
  • Experience with build and CI tools (Swift PM, GitHub Actions) required
  • A demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
  • University degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
