We are currently looking for a talented CEO – Software Product Management to join our growing organization.

In the role as CEO you will be responsible for:

• Taking responsibility for all international business units of QACube, including budget responsibility
• Ensuring the effective use of internal resources with the aim of creating maximum value for customers
• Planning by prioritizing customer and organizational requirements
• Ensuring the right mix of ongoing knowledge skills and knowledge transfer
• Developing best practice policies and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Acting as a strong leader and coach to build up a powerful operational management team and cultivate a highly effective and efficient business and operational structure
• Maintaining strong communication across all internal functions within the key principals: Product Management, Development, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Quality and HR
• Traveling to client meetings or participating in conferences

Who you are:

You know the Software Product business and its requirements very well. You demonstrate your leadership skills through your entrepreneurial and innovative spirit to perform in a very competitive business environment. You enjoy working in an open and constructive corporate culture and highly value mutual respect and the exchange of opinions with all levels of hierarchy. To work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders is one of your assets.
Lastly, you have a hands-on and pragmatic approach to the way you solve problems, and approach challenges. 

• You have a proven track record at operational and managerial level within Software Product Management for +8 years with established relationships and a deep knowledge of the sector.
• You are a strong communicator with an ability to drive processes forward and achieve results.
• You come from an innovative environment and you are an innovator at heart.
• In addition to your technical expertise, you have had experience with areas such as Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance & Operations
• You have a graduate or postgraduate level education and ideally a recognised business qualification
• The ability to lead and develop people at all levels, in heterogeneous environments and in different situations while maintaining empathy, consistency and transparency
• Strong analytical, organizational, influencing, interpersonal, communication and management skills
• German or English is your native language and you have very good command of written and spoken English and German. Serbian is a plus, but not a prerequisite
