  • ·         Service Desk ( Day to Day responsibilities), Configuration of Lotus Notes, Outlook, Applications, Troubleshooting of Error's of Application's.
  • ·         Knowledge of hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills. 
  • ·         Hands on experience on office technology tools and configuration of hardware – PC’s and printers.
  • ·         Excellent communications skills; oral, written and interpersonal communication skills must be proficient in English.
  • ·         Experience with the World Bank standard operating systems and desktop software including but not limited to Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010, Lotus Notes and SAP.
  • ·         Strong knowledge of hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills. 
  • ·         Working knowledge of office technology hardware – PC’s and printers.
  • ·         Ability to function well in a team-based environment and to contribute towards common goals.
  • ·         Strong planning and organization skills.
  • ·         Courteous and patient demeanor with clients.
  • ·         Client Orientation - Takes personal responsibility and accountability for timely response to client queries, requests or needs, working to remove obstacles that may impede execution or overall success.
