Job Description

Your role:

Reporting to the Sales Director, this position will be a pivotal role in building and managing all sales team activities and processes for our business development sales representatives. In this role, you need to be a self-starter with strong motivational skills and a proven ability to lead, coach and develop the entire sales team to maximize their full potential and achieve company targets.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  •  Achieve business development sales and conversion targets;
  • Motivate sales representatives, encourage growth and development;
  • Responsible for on the floor activities and maintain an upbeat environment to ensure the team is engaged and performing;
  • Create an open and empowered environment that promotes teamwork;
  • Forecasting and analyzing sales performance data and ratios in order to identify trends ;
  • Review data daily and make appropriate strategic changes to ensure targets are met;
  • Manage the sales funnel to ensure adequate daily pipeline flow;
  • Prepare call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends;
  • Create monthly incentives to get team motivated and excited to hit targets;
  • Listen to calls and personally follow up on training of underperforming agents;
  • Ensure high quality communication with managers and leaders of different departments as well as the executive team;
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to continue building and developing a high performing team.

Qualifications

Apply if you have the following skillset:

  • Experience in managing, coaching and leading a sales team;
  • Established track record of employee development and increasing sales performance;
  • Sales call center management experience;
  • Proven track record in direct selling over the phone;
  • University Degree or equivalent business experience;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to adapt to change and drive change;
  • Bilingual (spoken and written) in French and English.
