Job Description

We’re looking for an expert storyteller to help us craft the narrative surrounding our product’s value propositions. You will report to the VP of Marketing and help drive revenue, pipeline, and product engagement through translating that narrative into collateral, programs, and vignettes to be used by our sales and customer success teams. While this role is focused on operations and tactics, there will be ample opportunity to help drive strategy and develop your marketing career.

  • Deeply understand our product suite and the value it brings to various personas across different healthcare segments. 

  • Support the integration of product positioning and value propositions through a variety of sales enablement tools including battle cards, slide decks, white papers, case studies/testimonials, video etc.

  • Recommend and help optimize reach through select channels to reach the right audience.

  • Closed-loop communication with the go-to-market team (Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement) to identify what messaging/programs are and are not working.

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand business priorities and drive revenue growth accordingly. 

  • Maintain market and competitor research processes while gathering and sharing relevant insights. 

Qualifications

  • 4-10+ years of B2B SaaS or DaaS product marketing experiences in Life Sciences or healthcare data analytics. 

  • Demonstrated storytelling with a passion for creating compelling narratives about the intersection of healthcare, data, and analytics. 

  • Track record of multiple product launches in a leadership and/or supporting role.

  • Experience and comfort working closely with sales professionals. 

  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively cross functional teams (sales, product, customer success, etc) both internally and externally.

  • Experience in copywriting where you can take our potential consumers, buyers and targets on a journey that educates them while at the same time persuading them to take action.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change.

  • Trailblazers who are comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information.

  • An enthusiastic self starter, entrepreneurial by nature individual with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Startup experience is a big plus. 

  • Bonus: Experience with SaaS companies that leverage offshore / offsite resources. 

  • Big bonus: demonstrated success with Real-World Data.
