Job Description

You will be responsible for inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, creating sales qualified leads, and booking meetings for our account executives. 

This is the perfect role if you have any outbound sales experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare Data analytics, CRO, Biotech, med device or similar data analytics lead generation role and desire an opportunity to grow your career with the runway that’ll transition into an account executive or similar roles within our company.

  • Promote PurpleLab to prospects and qualify them for the sales team. 

  • Quickly respond to requests from inbound leads and conduct qualification calls.

  • Verify, document and complete required data updates for sales activities within Hubspot. 

  • Target and prioritize prospects within Hubspot for engagement.

  • Identify and qualify new business sales opportunities by placing proactive outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other tools to target leads.

  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for our account executives. 

  • Collaborate and iterate on inbound emails, messaging and marketing campaigns.

  • You are held accountable by daily activity and call metrics along with monthly/quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of Life Sciences and Healthcare Data analytics, CRO, Biotech, Med device or similar data analytics product or services experience.

  • B2B SaaS or DaaS sales experience in healthcare and life sciences.

  • Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills.

  • Some work experience, with a clear and demonstrable track record of exceeding quotas in positions of increasing responsibility and impact. 

  • Strong comfort level when dealing with high volume outreach activities such as phone calls, follow ups, scheduling meetings, etc. 

  • Energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills.

  • Solid experience and understanding of LinkedIn sales strategies. 

  • Proficient in Hubspot or similar software.

  • Outstanding attention to detail with emphasis on data integrity.

  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively cross functional teams (sales, product, customer success, etc) both internally and externally.

  • Comfortable with engaging with marketing, sales, and leadership team to prepare for meetings for seamless transition of qualified leads into our sales process. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change.

  • An enthusiastic self starter, entrepreneurial by nature individual with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Startup experience is a big plus. 

  • Big bonus: demonstrated success with Real-World Data.
