Job Description

We are looking for a Change Management Senior Analyst to join our Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and activities associated with various client projects and initiatives within the US and internationally. Our ideal candidate is confidant in their abilities, and in their ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, working to ensure a smooth transition, foster user adoption, and minimize resistance during the change process.

This position is a hybrid position with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, and will be a W-2 Hourly 3-month contract with probable extension. 

The hourly rate is $60 – $80. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy Development: conduct impact assessments, develop comprehensive change management plans including communication, training and resistance management strategies, align change initiatives with organization goals and project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: identify and engage key stakeholders, facilitate workshops, focus groups and meetings to gather input and feedback, develop stakeholder management strategies to ensure clear understanding of roles in the change process.
  • Communication Planning: Design and implement communication plans tailored to various audiences, craft key messages, newsletters, FAQs and other communication materials, ensure timely and transparent communication to mitigate concerns.
  • Training & Support: Requirements reviews, design analysis to support and facilitate user experience testing, develop/deliver/oversee creation of training materials to support the adoption of new systems/processes, collaborate with SMEs to create training sessions and job aids.
  • Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance points and develop proactive plans to address concerns, provide coaching and support on managing resistance within teams, monitor resistance and adapt strategies as needed to ensure project success.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and activities, report progress, risks, and issues to the project team and stakeholders, conduct readiness assessments and prepare adoption metrics to gauge success.
  • Sustainability & Handover: Develop post-implementation support plans to ensure the sustainability of the change, provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams for ongoing management of change activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in change management within medium to large-scale transformation projects (e.g. systems migration, process changes).
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci).
    • Prosci Change Practitioner Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and engage with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and development for large user groups.
  • Experience with the following applications/systems is a plus:
    • Dimensions (UKG) Application suite e.g. Time and Attendance, Payroll, HR
    • ADP Globalview Payroll
    • Workforce Management, Financial and HR ERP systems
    • Cable Billing Platforms (e.g. CSG billing system)
    • ServiceNow Platform
